Ensured seamless and reliable operation of 180 employees providing global, secure communications (voice, video, and data) capability to the President of the United States, Vice President, cabinet secretaries, and senior military leaders.

Achievements:

Improved the DoD’s management of the nuclear command and control center by analyzing and recommending performance enhancements to strengthen continuity of operations for over 100 employees in two locations.

Drastically reduced the amount of air cargo and passenger terminal safety incidents by diligently evaluating operating and training procedures to identify the cause of previous problems.

Enhanced the ground and airborne network communications system reliability by 33 percent by partnering with eight agencies to launch a three-stage process improvement plan.

Chief of Information Technology, Intelligence Support (2011 – 2013)

Directed 225 employees responsible ensuing optimal IT systems performance to support intelligence data collection and analysis for operations on the Korean peninsula.

Achievements:

Sustained primary intelligence collection for Korean theater of operations by effectively integrating 18 technical teams and managing an $800K annual budget.

Established a mechanism for two-fold expansion of intelligence collection, analysis and exploitation capabilities by closing 20 IT and physical infrastructure projects valued at over $35M.
