I would like to attach a cover sheet to my resume which outline my qualifications, professional development and employment history.
I am graduate of cert iii Aged Care from Kanga Batman Tafe and cert iv Aged Care from Australasian Lawrence Aged Care College Preston.
Previously, I completed three years Diploma of Nursing in government nursing training school Kurunegala Sri-Lanka, and become a registered nurse in Sri Lanka. Following my training I had been worked as a theatre nurse and assist all sort of major and minor surgeries, such as surgical, ENT, Eye, Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Orthopaedic, Dental, Urology and Oncology. Furthermore I have experience in surgical wards, NSU as well as Emergency Treatment Unit and Paediatric ICU for more than two years. Overall I have for more than 18 years nursing experience in Sri Lanka.
Not only that I had been worked as a Dental Assistant in Denticare Dental Surgery in Broadmeadows more than six months in Australia. Now I work as a Personal Care Assistant in Essendon Aged Care Facility nearly 5 years.
