Summary

During my activity I have been always involved on IT Projects on several types of company activities.

Project Manager, fluent in English and working on an international environment with cross-cultural sensitivity. Leading European projects with remote management of International teams including off-shore resources. I have been working and managing projects on a cross-cultural environment, implementing processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and project scope, adhere to high quality standards and meeting customer expectations.

I have also developed solid skills on IT Management and BRM (Business Relationship Manager): Support to Business Units and departments by identifying, analyzing and managing their needs.

I’m organized, continuously adapting and prioritizing the work. I possess good communication and team working skills and have an active commitment to continuous improvement and quality standards. I always work hard to create a positive atmosphere that motivates others and builds team spirit.

• Assembling, presenting and get approval of Project Management Plan (Project Scope definition, Project Schedule, Project Budget and Cost, Quality Plan, Teamwork and Resources assignment, Communication Plan and Risk Identification).

• Periodic follow-up meetings for tracking of key project milestones and status of the project, using face-to-face meetings or conference calls on the periodicity accorded on the communications plan.

• Elaborate meeting minutes and Status Reports periodically.

• Change management with impact analysis on Scope, Schedule and Cost.

• Establishes the bridge between the business and the technical teams according to the project needs.
