1.Calibration and commissioning of industrial grade pH meters/ ORP meters flow meters, TDS meters and conductivity meters. (Both Flow and Dip type)

2.Area of expertise: Sewage treatment plant, Water treatment plan, RO plant, DM plant.

3.Suggesting amendments or rectifications to the client by giving apt and suitable technical resolutions that includes implementation of various Ion Exchange products which were not used in the customer site location before.

B)COMPANY: HONEYWELL AUTOMATION INDIA LIMITED.

ROLE: FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (Kolkata).

Client: TCS. Designated site: Gitanjali Park.

1.Configuring and installation the TEMA servers and its respective Remote Terminal Units (RTU), for Access control configuring for the Access Control Doors, from the central E.B.I. server.

2.Managing and configuring C.C.T.V. Cameras’, from the camera management server, which includes camera masking and deploying of the cameras.

3.Maintaining the server configuration and syncing them with the hardware with respect to the anomalies faced during process and program execution.

4.Configuring of Public Addressing System (P.A. System), FIRE DETECTION ALARM System.

5.Asset Tracking.

6.Acquainted with the configuration and various Building Management systems (BMS) such NOVEC 1230,Fire Suppression Systems (FSS), Water Leakage Detection (WLD) system, Rodent Repellent system, Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus (VESDA) for the entire location and especially for DATA centre.

7.Energy Management: By monitoring Energy consumptions on an hourly basis, identifying the points of consumption, assessment of requirements by the various HVAC systems by procurement and studying trends of various systems for efficient and waste-free clean energy projects.

8.Interaction with Client HO for MIS report and participation in monthly QA audits (external and internal) and in monthly steering committee and management of escalations.

Role acquired : Devised the project and engineered the PLC circuit for a mini cement plant.
