Experience:

•I have worked in SHYAM SEL Ltd. as a Production Engineer in steel Plant Division after that I Joined in Thermal Power Plant division & Project division from the month of June, 2008 to month of Dec. 2011. My maintenance area was all type of centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pumps, ID fans, FD fans, PA fans, safety valves, air preheater, valves, Furnace, economizers, EOT cranes, Steam drums, Electro Static Precipitator(ESP) and other, When Plant was Running or shut down.

• I have worked in C DOCTORS & COMPANY PVT. LTD. as a Site Engineer from the month of Dec. 2011 to May 2012 as a Site Engineer in GMR, Vamgiri, Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh in HVAC project.

•I was working at AGNICE FIRE PROTECTION LTD.(UTC) as a Site Engineer in Kolkata division from the month of May 2012to April 2014 onErection and Commissioning and also Maintenance .

•I was working as at MX Systems International Pvt. Ltd. as a Site In- Charge in Kolkata division from the month of May 2014 on Erection and Commissioning.

Project Planning & Management

•Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking.

•Preparing project schedules/Project Reports (MS-Project, MIS etc) and monitoring projects with respect to Resource Deployment, Time over-runs and Quality Compliance to ensure timely execution of projects.

Resource Planning & Control

•Material Planning & developing vendors for obtaining timely procurement of materials & equipments at cost effective prices to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Site & Construction Management

•Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & and effective resource utilization to maximize the output with the coordination with sub contractor.

•Inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate condition and operability of facilities andstructures, and to collect field survey data and measurement.

•Prepare All Job related documents like Job procedure, Technical Data sheet, WPS, PQR, FQAP, Fit up & Welding Report, Daily ProgressReport etc. and submitted to client.

JOB PROFILE

•Preparation of Project schedule (Master schedules/Baseline) monitoring and tracking the Progress of project in MS-Project. Preparing Cash flow and Budgets.

•Preparation of FQP, QAP, WPS & PQR for Project Quality Control/Quality Assurance and process for MDCC.

•Material Planning & developing vendors for obtaining timely procurement of materials & equipments at cost effective prices to ensure smooth execution of projects.

•Coordination among Engineering, Consultant, Client for project sanctioning and approval purpose and follow up for data sheets, drawing, catalogues and BBU (Billing Break Up) approval.

•Planning and coordinating with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing and with sub-contractors regarding progress of project as per Project Completion Time & Quality Standards. Continuous follow up of cost to come vs. budget.

•Preparation weekly & monthly project progress report and reason of shortfall.

•Communicates information regarding monthly progress report, progress review meetings on weekly basis to the management for tracking project progress as per the baseline.

•Involves in risk assessment i.e. risks associated with each project. E.g. materials not reached on time, thereby ascertaining its impact on the project both financially and also in regards to the manpower.

•Monitoring fieldwork, including contractor work, to ensure important milestone to be achieved with the given time frame. Preparation of Catch up Plans.

•Preparing and inspection of Hydro testing, wrapping coating and holyday testing for underground pipe laying.

•Preparation of DPR and analysis of same, Tendering/ Budgeting and analysis of rates.

•Study of Schematic Diagram, Single Line Diagram, Block Diagram and Piping and Instrumental Diagram of various system Plant Wise or Building Wise.

•Fallow up day by day project pro-rata bills against Supply & Erection.

•Material Reconciliation after complication the Job.

•Witness protocol, as built drawing from client.

•Final bill submit and certify from client.

Responsibilities:

•Working as a Site In- Charge to carry out the field quality activities with supervision and documentation.

•Preparing WPS, establishment of PQR, Welder Qualification Tests

•Preparing protocols, witnessing weld visuals from clients

•Involved in NDT clearance of different type of loop packages such as Process, Utility, Fire water, cooling water supply-return etc

•Preparing RT offering&Interpretation, & Hardness report with witness from clients.

•Preparing Welding Control Sheet. (Line History Sheet) in daily basis.

•Submitting everyday daily progress report of Welding, Fit up, NDT to clients

•Attending tool box meeting daily before starting the job.

•Attending weekly progress & quality review meetings for smooth running of the job.

•Maintaining all clients certifying documents and handing over to clients.
