Appointment making app

oCreated an appointment making app which allowed Wilfrid Laurier students to make appointments with professors. Basic software engineering procedures and knowledge were picked up during the documentation writing. Skills in HTML, Javascript, CCS were well developed when creating the application.

Alphabet recognizing program

oCreated a program written in Java, which can recognize an English letter on a picture file format, and give a percentage estimation on how well it’s been recognized as a particular letter. AI algorithms and methods were applied when developing the pseudocode, image recognition features and neural network knowledge was learned when improving the alphabet-recognizing rate.

Movie database program

oMySQL was used to create the movie database, and basic database knowledge had been enhanced during programming.
