Responsible of verifying and providing adequate storage facility for perishable and short life raw materials,

Responsible of Fumigation of plant and Ware house of raw Materials and Finished Products,

Time to time Check on quality of Raw Material and providing adequate support to the shop floor on improving the Cost and productivity,

Responsible for entire production floor and ensuring deployment of the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GHP( Good Hygienic Practices) GLP(Good Laboratory practices),

Previous Work Experiences Details:-

July 99 to April 2003: Worked as Quality Control Manager with M/s Bharat Dairy Udyog, Gurgaon. The plant was producing Ghee, Skimmed Milk Powder, and Dairy whitener processing 2.5 lacs liters of milk per day. The gamut of responsibilities includes total quality control functions in the processing of raw materials /Milk, checking of finished products along with hygiene control, reporting to Managing Director.

Nov 92 to July 99: Worked as Senior Food Technologist & Quality Control Manager with M/s Rishabh Food Products Ltd. / Rishabh Agro Industries Ltd. (Sohna). The company was producing 3 tons per day extruded snack foods and ghee and SMP with processing of 2 Lacs liters of milk per day. Holding responsibilities of Quality Control functions, statutory compliances and environmental etc… and was reporting to the General Manager (Works).

Aug 91 to Nov 92: Worked as Quality Control / Production Officer with M/s Uncle Chip’s Co. Ltd. (Noida). Looking after Quality Control and processing aspects for input and finished products and reporting to the General Manager (Technical).

April 89 to Aug 91: Worked as Technical Officer (Quality Assurance) with M/s Dalmia Dairy Industries Ltd. (Bharatpur). Responsibility included Quality Control and analysis functions including micro-biological, chemical and statistical analysis along with process control.The company was producing Baby Food, Dairy Special, Weaning Food etc.Reporting to the Manager (QA)
