As a brief background, I received my Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Business from Avila University. Following this, I attended the Graduate Psychology Program and have only a few classes left until completion of my MS in Psychology. I completed the Graduate Human Resources Management program at Ottawa University in August 2013. I have many years’ experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Training, Compliance, Payroll and Compensation Analysis. I am proficient in most state (KS & MO) and federal laws as well as common employment practices, Worker’s Compensation statute and customary procedures. As related to benefits, I have been solely responsible for Open Enrollment preparation, contract negotiation and communication plans.
