November 2011 – Present –Currently assigned as lead analyst and Project Manager overseeing activities related to maintaining and enhancing the Strategic Agreement module within the Enterprise Procurement Information Center. This includes business case analysis and documentation, interfacing with business system managers, IT, and users to define/document requirements and functional specifications, documenting and validating system flows, processes, interfaces, data relationships, functionality, and operational requirements. Perform system analysis and solution development to complex application problems. Conduct requirements gathering, prepare system proposals, specifications, test plans, test cases and test scripts. October 2007 to November 2011 – Assigned as project coordinator reporting through the Operational Excellence Organization in St. Louis. Main duties included coordination and implementation of a COTS Supplier Management and Procurement application across multiple business units/sites. This required in depth knowledge of the application in conjunction with site business processes/strategies and future-state initiatives in order to ensure site systems implementation aligned with Common Systems strategy. Created and statused project plans outlining tasks required for implementation. Performed data mapping required to support data conversion, created test plans, executed test scripts, delivered end user training and post implementation end user support. Coordinated project tasks with Supplier Management IT project teams, and communicated systems implementation status and issues to Supplier Management Operations and Site leadership as required.

April 2006 – October 2007 - Project Manager overseeing activities related to Supplier Quality application support. This included responsibility for managing tasks and manpower to support programming maintenance and enhancements, chairing application change boards with programming staff and functional focals, developing project plans with milestone deliverables, leading/directing all project phases, and acting as primary customer contact and focal for interface with end users and other department application personnel. Ensured completion of project objectives, assembled recommendations from project team, and provided status to leadership and stakeholders. Led negotiations with project participants and stakeholders on significant project issues, consolidated information to understand project impacts and developed appropriate risk mitigation plans. March 2001 – April 2006 - Primary analyst responsible for development of an in house web application designed to serve as a front end for multiple site PO processing. The application interfaced to various site purchase order applications. Jan 1999 – March 2001 - Assigned to a project team responsible for transitioning existing manufacturing and purchasing business systems to a COTS suite of products. Primary responsibilities included data mapping, creation of programming specifications, coordination with programming and functional analysts, creation of business event flows, unit and integrated testing, creation and execution of deployment plan, user training, interface with project team to provide status, liaison between software vendors, project team, and end users in defining system requirements. Nov 1995 – Jan 1999 - Project Leader responsible for implementation and system administration of a client/server based COTS Integrated Scheduling tool to support three major production programs. Member of a corporate team involved in planning software deployment for other divisions. Coordinated software upgrades with system DBA. This included creating test scripts and performing software testing. Provided technical and functional support for over 150 users, and acted as liaison between software vendors, corporate team, and end users to define systems requirements. This included monitoring server performance, troubleshooting software and hardware anomalies, and ensuring data integrity in a distributed environment.

May 1984 – May 1989 - Primary analyst responsible for implementing new MRP II system within production operations. Designed, developed, and implemented an Engineering Data system compatible with MRP II. This included creating functional and technical specifications based on user requirements. Provided overall system enhancement design and development to other MRP II related functions, including automated planning, scheduling, and cost analysis. Provided consultation for systems upgrades, which requires the working knowledge of all functional areas and how they react.
