Assuming the role of the Lead Consultant, my role includes the following:

oTo communicate with the client to gathering the technical requirements for the new modules to be developed. To understand the priority and accordingly assign them into the different phases of the project

oAct as a Liaison between the Business Analysts and Developers to ensure high quality design and development.

oTo prepare a delivery plan for the different phases on the Project and ensure that the deliveries are met as per the plan. Develop coding standards and Document templates.

oTo ensure a proper Change Management process is followed for all the development work requested out of the scope of the development

Once the development of the new modules nears completion, the next task would be to identify the performance and integrity issues faced by the client in their already existing custom modules and suggest the possible changes to it to improve the performance of the system and the overall integration with the EnterpriseOne system.

Developed Check Printing reports. Standard JDE application prints the Cheque with a stub cheque together. The requirement is to print 3 Cheques in one page along with the amount in figures. And Words as per the Indian format.

Created reports to bring out reasons for mismatch in records in the AR, AP, GL and FA modules as part of the localization module.

Developed Reconcile Open Receipts with RNV Account in GL report, to ensure the data integrity between the Purchase order receivers file with GL balances file and report the errors.

Developed Receipt Header Detail Mismatch report to check validity of Receipt Header and Check detail File entries.

Developed Receipt void entry in error report to check the integrity between AR Check detail file, AR receipt header file and General Ledger.

Modify existing JDE report R007011. Modification is required to list out the Imbalances in intercompany accounts at document level and for the period selected, if any.

Developed FA to GL transaction miss match report, the main purpose of this report is to compare the Asset Balances file (F1202) with the Account Balances file (F0902) based on the Asset Object Account. The Report compares the balances of both the files with respect to their periods. (AN01 to AN14). If there is a difference of amounts in any of the periods, the same would be printed.
