Managed distribution of finished products at locations across the country.

Responsible for all raw materials and finished goods in the Calvert City Dispersions Plant, including charge accuracies, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, MRP settings, safety stock levels, Bills of Materials, age, etc.

Lead cross-functional team to control SAP MRP data for all 7 plant and trans-fill locations.

Serve as single point of contact for resolving advanced planning issues.

Investigated and resolved significant cycle count discrepancies.

Responsible for the quality, costs, and daily troubleshooting of a portfolio of products and the reactors that make them.

Lead various projects in the plant to maintain or achieve optimal performance of its systems.

Performed various work process improvements such as sampling/testing, bottle blending, production trials, Aspen and Pi Software, product recipe changes, and control system software changes.

Reduced variability in the monthly inventory variances. Previous years’ variances exceeded $1- 1.5 million, unfavorable; these were reduced to less than $20,000, unfavorable.

Develop blanket purchase orders to reduce paperwork and facilitate more frequent, Just-In-Time deliveries of the largest volume raw materials. Expect to liberate upwards of $2 million of working capital due to inventory reductions.
