Vivature is a leading provider of EMR practice management software to help campus health and counseling centers and athletic departments track patients and injuries and streamline billing.

Key implementation manager for the NExTT EMR applications. Engage and coordinate with C-Level and field clients to gain process understanding, develop solutions and establish long-term relationship. Offer a structured training program in the practice of accurate EMR documentation and coding for billing for teams of Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapists, Physicians, Nurses, Counselors and Practice Management Staff. Maintain a state-side Scrum-based tracking tool to submit and manage bugs and feature requests. Doxcelerate Corporation, Los Alamos, NM/Newnan, GA 2004–2010 Doxcelerate is the developer of content management systems and software applications for use in collaborative review and draft development primarily for the federa government.

Performed as a key leader of Doxcelerate managing implementation and support for six major government client contracts. Developed and presented customized training programs for 10,000+ users, including support and oversight of all product-related issues, bugs and feature requests using Agile Scrum methodology.

• Responsible for directing customized implementation of a third party CMS application for DOE to provide access to all internal and external users access to Rules, Standards and Directives and associated documentation via the web.

• Collaborated with the DOE to develop specifications for a project that led to the Federal Register Rule, providing an electronic means for manufacturers and third-party representatives to submit compliance and certifications reports. Developed the ground work, established specifications and client requirements and provided oversight on the implementation of the Compliance Management Tool for DOE EERE.

• Managed the project to implement a new process in DOE (Department of Energy) Appliance Standards rulemaking incorporating RevCom, the collaborative tool provided by Doxcelerate. Served as liaison between contentious departments with DOE EERE

(Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy), consultant and as primary instructor to all personnel for the new process and RevCom.

• Actively participated in establishing DHS-ICE-ERO (Department of Homeland Security) requirements and later implementing specifications into a state-of-the-art content management system and customized policy development tool.

• Developed and implemented a certified user training program to ensure all primary users are well-trained prior to accessing the system, significantly reducing customer-support traffic, and eliminating the need for a call center environment. Devised and maintained an electronic, web-based library of training materials for six user roles, and designed and created a suite of online training videos using personal voice-over talent.

Peachtree Communications Industries, Newnan, GA 1989–2002 A former network cabling design and installation company with national presence. Drove high-quality results by instilling and developing best practices while directing business operations to support $11M in sales, such as material procurement, material control, warehousing, crew scheduling and logistics, billing, project design documentation, and job costing. Managed project documentation department responsible for development of customer-specified CAD drawings, test results, and site surveys. Accountable for logistics and crews operating out of 14 mobile warehouses and a local 20K+ square- foot facility.
