Preparing the I/O Points list according to the requirements of the Project Specifications.
Making bill of quantity (BOQ) as per the point list.
Prepare Equipment list, Single line diagrams/Schematic and system proposals.
Designing the appropriate location of DDC Controllers and DDC Penal.
Providing technical support to the field, related to design, equipment/devices, such as drawing and other Engineering information.

1.Military Hospital Rawalpindi, Pakistan Project (14 Months):
Involved in designing of DDC Controllers and Field Devices for HVAC, Lighting and MEP Systems Control, as the project had 7 buildings with 240 DDC Controllers of BacNet Protocol, Prepared Control drawings and project Documentations. Supervised installation, Programmed JCI FEC Controllers with CCT programming,
Commissioned field Instruments and DDC, checked loop and configured the BMS.
2. Multan International Airport Multan, Pakistan Project (3 Months):
Checked Cabling of instruments, Programmed and Commissioned 57 DDC Controllers of LON Protocol with JCI Fx-Builder, Checked loop and configured the BMS.
3.Herbion Pharmaceuticals (Pvt). Ltd. Lahore, Pakistan project (2 Months):
Involved in designing of DDC Controllers and Field Devices for HVAC and MEP Systems Control, with 21 DDC Controllers of LON Protocol, Prepared Control drawings and project Documentations. Title – Controller Designing For Ball On A Beam System

Description - The project define the concept of balancing. Its result and algorithm is used in balancing of robots, horizontal landing of airplane, in artificial wings designing, autopilot and in chemical industries of controlling temperature and chemical reaction. To keep the ball to a desired set point it is necessary that beam must lie at horizontal position. To cope the non-linearity of ball on a beam system, we linearized the system and then we found the gains of PID compensator according to the performance specification of model and also implement the controller on a real plant.
