My prime responsibilities involve identifying and exploring new business opportunities and managing sales operations to tap profitable business opportunities, management and development of dealer network and selling of various ranges of company’s products through this network by motivating and communicating schemes.
Analysing marketing trends and tracking competitor’s activities and providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
Generating demands by conducting various influencer level activities such as meets with representatives of the institutions, painters, building contractors, interior decorators, architects and explaining product properties, its application, with demonstrations wherever necessary.

Channel Management
Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners, recommending opening of new dealers in the territory after assessing their standing, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
Monitoring, managing and assisting the activities of the direct selling agents. Providing guidance and support to them through target setting and reviewing measures.
Dealer management to maintain product level volume and value plan and order finalization.
Responsible for product growth and new product launch at territory and applying 360 degree approach for product development.
Projecting sales and demand generation for the territory through managing portfolio of various architect and builders.
Also involved in client generation and marketing campaigns to increase sales outputs.
