Maintain hardware on the shop floor.

Conduct First Article and ISIR inspections.

Operate CMM machine, Hommel Werke and Hommel Tester (4004) at beginning level.

Perform product performance auditing, reliability testing and error proofing.

Create quality records, instructions and procedures in conjunction with trainer departmental personnel.

Troubleshoot supply, assembly and manufacturing problems.

Used electronic and mechanical precision measuring instruments and equipment.

Send out quality reports.
