Interprets and explains the department and Counties policies, procedures, functions, services, and philosophies
Acts as the division's liaison between outside agencies and the departments
Attends meetings and workshops to maintain current knowledge regarding new laws, rules and regulations pertaining to personnel related matters
Reviews and manages incoming/outgoing mail. Answer incoming calls/emails direct callers to the appropriate agency or department or provides routing information to constituent
