Caring for pediatric patients in the home setting. Monitoring patients with tracheotomies and maintaining patent airway. Caring for all aspects of tracheotomies and monitoring for aspiration. Caring for a patient with complex medical disease and requiring: CVL, ileostomy, MIC-KEY GJT- care and medication administration through these various routes. Maintaining seizure precautions.

Boston Children’s Hospital (per diem) 9/2013-1/2015

Working in the inpatient setting for a population that ranges from infant to

adult, primarily with respiratory and GI diseases. Administering medication via IV,

PO, SQ, G-tube, nebulizers, hanging fluids, PN and lipids. Caring for patients and their families with appropriate medication, treatments, therapies and education. Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in order to get the best outcome for the patient and family.

West Suburban Pediatrics (part-time) 8/2013-2/2014
