Purchased and implemented instrumentation and methodology, such as Agilent 5973 bench top mass spectrometry, Varian atomic absorption spectrophotometer, and various other HPLC and GC systems.

* Oversaw 1K amino acid analysis per year by using reverse phase high pressure liquid chromatography and method development.

* Shrank hydrolysis time for amino acid analysis from 24 hours to 20 minutes by transferring microwave technology in-house, later applied to digestion of samples for mineral analysis.

* Developed new natural antioxidant that leveraged $1MM in savings against antioxidant supplier by collaborating with teams.

* Synchronized all electronic balances that increased capability for automatically transferring weights directly into spreadsheets.
