Since December 1997 I had been the Program Coordinator for the Medical Assisting program at Kaplan University. To this program I brought a strong background in supervising and management skills, as well as, training, staff development, and community relations.
While being at Kaplan University my managerial and instructional skills had progressed to a new level. I display effective interpersonal skills and the ability to use them to build, foster and maintain cooperative relationships. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to retrieve, organize, and present information in a timely manner. I have experience in planning, programming, budgeting, curriculum revision and implementation for new curriculum, accountability, negotiating skills and problem solving.
