Plant turnaround from a ‘red’ plant (losing $4mm in EBITDA) to being awarded Plant of the year (out of 89 plants) and earning $11.9mm EBITDA

Oversee all P&L Responsibilities for the plant (budgeting monthly EBITDA) with over $40mm in revenue

Implemented A-3 problem solving, value-stream mapping and Lean principles to achieve a 300% EBITDA increase

MANUFACTURING MANAGER: Oversaw all aspect of 9 extrusion blow molders, 8 SBM machines, 4 injection machines and 2 labeling systems; daily output of over a million and half bottles per day.

Responsible for all plant operations including; maintenance, logistics and purchasing

Worked with several different materials which included; PET, HDPE, LDPE, Poly-Pro

Developed capitol and operational budget for manufacturing

PRODUCTION MANAGER: Oversaw all aspects of a four shifts, 20-extrusion blow molder, and 300-employee operation.

Implemented a safety program that reduced our workmen’s comp cost by 20%.
