Four Stone custom mill and casework (P/T Saw Operator) (July14-NOW) Here I do a long list of task involved in the building process of cabinets, benches and storage compartments . I run a Holzma saw to first precisely cut product to size . Then I either hand build or use various other machines for final assembly .

First Source(Recruiter) (Aug12-NOW) Since I have been with first source I have learned the ends and outs of HR. I conducted interviews, placement work, handled call backs and set appointments. I really enjoys giving smart hard working people a chance at a great career that they love. I arranged and planned job fairs . This was a very high turnover rated job, but me and the HR team did a great job to keep it full.

Platinum (Trainer) (March10-Aug12) I trained new classes of sales reps in various states across the mid-west to distribute different product . Had to be very observant of the reps and track their progress . I would use this knowledge to put together successful teams of reps.
