My primary responsibility always included maintaining the phone lines by directing each sales call to the proper person. Gasparini Sales is a food broker; the middle man between the company and the customer. I had to help preserve the relationships and help keep business operating successfully. Tedious jobs like filing, faxing and keeping the business organized, to me was just as important as keeping the clients. I am a firm believer in worrying about the little things, because if everything in the background isn’t together, the rest of the business won’t be either.

Bake and decorated cakes and many different varieties of cookies, including Italian cookies and pastries. I was also responsible for keeping the bakery front and back cleaned and dishes washed. It was important to keep the front – end sanitized. As important as all of that was…the customers were the most important. A lot of customer service in a clean, fast paced environment.
