●Supervises four production foaming lines focused on quality throughout the process, minimizing rework and foam repair, adhering to inspection and packing area standards, scrap reduction, tool cleaning and utility recycle in additional to overall clean standards for safety of our group using 5S and Lean principles including self audits.

●Plan and schedule work for hourly employees to achieve daily production goals to optimize labor hours to throughput. Develop our team from training to standards, coaching for improvements and quality standards, minimizing errors all with a safety mindset.

●Supervision of union employees in all areas of aircraft maintenance including electrical rewire, mechanical, tank sealers, sheet metal and parts removal and replacement.

●I was recruited back to AA/Kaiser after another management change due to my ability to execute on time, complete and within costs. We overhauled aircraft for Boeing until contract was ended in 2008

● Assembly of automotive parts on moving assembly line per written and verbal instruction. Soon after joining Honda, former leadership at Pemco contacted me to return to an elevated position where I could make a difference.

Aircraft Team Lead, Pemco World Air Services, Birmingham, AL – October 1992 to November 2001

●As an aircraft electrician I performed maintenance overhauls per drawing to standard procedures, repair and installation of wiring on Boeing aircraft. Throughout my time at Pemco I worked in various cells of operation including removal and installation of aircraft components.

●My ability to be flexible and dig into a problem by working backwards to find its root cause help me progress in the company. I was able to teach others I worked with how to troubleshoot so we could stay on time and on target within tight deadlines

●Beginning as a warehouse associate and growing into a variety of roles I was best utilized in forklift operation, order picking and packing, shipping and receiving inbound and outbound products, inventory control, data entry and streamlining our logistics on the floor.
