operations for the D-Link acquisition of TeamF1 as the 150+ strong engineering arm. This includes regular
executive committee advice and updates on program status and red / yellow flags to manage proactively.
Bridge cross-functional teams based in India + US with regional business units around the world to
address improvement opportunities in sales cycle supported $400K in sales in the past 3 months by
actively addressing end user complaints and deployment blockers
Grow PM Office from 2 junior PMs in India to 8 members of varying expertise in Taiwan + India
Develop and track the Project Plan with development resources based in India, US, Taiwan
