Objective: To obtain a full-time position to share my passion and experience in the HVAC industry to benefit a company.

Recent Work Experience: Pacific Refrigeration, HVAC Manager / Service Coordinator El Cajon, CA. April 2010 to October 2015.

Responsibilities:

Managed all aspects of the HVAC Department and helped to Coordinate and develop service work. Duties included all aspects of managing personnel, client concerns, scheduling installations, service work, and aiding in defining and implementation of company policies.

Accomplishments:

I was initially hired to resurrect the HVAC department and regain past client business and new business. I was selected to become a Board Member and given another manager title with additional duties as Service Coordinator. Major clients included 7-Eleven Corporation and franchise stores, Denny's Restaurants, Islands Restaurants, Fuddrucker's Restaurants, Pizza Hut outlets, Circle K stores and many more. I have close ties to many Facility Managers of these businesses and would like to continue my career of almost 40 years in the HVAC trade with a firm that can utilize my knowledge and enthusiasm for my chosen field.

Skills:

Using almost 40 years in the trade, I used my experiences for bidding work, closing sales, designing job scenarios, scheduling job details and following up on completion of work. I used my communication skills with co-workers and clients to understand their situations and needs and worked with them to provide a solution to them. My education, training and experience allowed me to deal with all company staff, listen to and solve issues and help to implement company policies. I also used computer skills to develop forms, charts, contracts, etc to enhance performance and organization.

Previous Work Experience: 2008 to 2010: Western Mechanical, Lakeside, CA. Responsibilities included residential and light commercial installation sales, design, supervision of work, managing personnel, client concerns, scheduling installations and aiding in defining and implementing company policies.

2000 to 2003: Western Mechanical, Lakeside, CA. General Manager. 1989 to 1996: Fire and Ice Heating and Air Conditioning, Lakeside, CA. General Manager. 1976 to 1989: Worked at several companies providing installation services, service technician tasks, supervision and sales of residential and commercial HVAC installations.

Education: United States International University, San Diego, CA and Adams State, Alamosa, CO. Bachelor's in Physical Education and Physiology, 1974 and 1975.

Point of Interest: Member of the 1972 United States Olympic Greco Roman Wrestling Team.
