Title Geometry Based Recursive Algorithm Control and Robotics Toolbox Simulation of Collaborative Manipulator Arms done for CVRDE, DRDO (MATLAB/SIMULINK)
Description Developed and simulated a trajectory planning algorithm for two TRRLR collaborative manipulators done for CVRDE, DRDO. A pair of TRRLR collaborative manipulators used for a straight line trajectory. The method presented is a simulation approach in which geometry of the arm with on board sensor data processing used both for the overall coordination of the manipulators as well as the trajectory planning along a straight line movement of the end effector dexterity. The geometry of the manipulator used to calculate the inverse kinematics and is verified using Robotics Toolbox in Matlab. Title SCARA Pick and Place Robot With Stacking
Description A pick and place SCARA robot with five degrees of freedom. An exquisite industrial robo project based on 89c51 microcontroller, in which stacking was achieved. Title Automated Guided Vehicle
Description A project aimed at improving the security systems especially against terrorist activities. A DS89C450 microcontroller based project in which a vehicle is wirelessly controlled along with live video transmission aimed at saving the life of commandos involved in fighting terrorists. The vehicle has path memorization capability that once it goes out of wireless area, it uses the path memorisation algorithm using which it retraces the entire path and comes back to the controller. An innovative project aimed at improving the efficiency and reliability of manufacturing industries. The defective machines are identified and stopped automatically by analysing the weights of the products coming from them. A pressure sensor and microcontroller AT89C51 were used.
