Implementing Safety program and procedure at the plant.

Conducting Safety Induction, awareness training, tool box talks for all employees and operation workers.

Conducting in house job related specialized training program for OCL employees & contractor/operation workers & employees.

Inspection of all vehicles, fire tender & fire related equipments.

Conducting mock drills, fire fighting demonstration to all security team and operation workers and employees

Liaison with Approved External Training Agency to arrange External Training for Site Scaffolders, Riggers, and Crane Operators as per Legal Requirement

Co-ordination of Third Party Inspection for Cranes, Lifting accessories & pressure vessel.

Inspecting scaffolding erection/dismantling status as well as compliance with standards during working.

Daily Job safety observation during material handling, maintenance activities.

Inspected all the fire extinguisher on monthly basis through checklist maintained location marking of Fire Extinguisher with numbering and standardize the location height (750mm) from ground (as per factory act 1958).

Inspecting and ensuring that all tools, tackles, heavy equipments are safe and up to the standard before commencement of each job.

Accident/Incident/Near miss investigation and compliance of CAPA/RCA for every accident/near miss and first aid case.

Prepared JSA and HIRA & SOP about specific job.

Prepared OPL about accident and incident case.

Issuing/verification of all kinds of permits and also implementing recommendations.

Conducting and participating in meetings like safety committee, monthly one hour for safety.

Permit-to-Work System Compliance for Excavation, Hot work, Confined Space Work etc.,

Implement color code / ID mark to lifting load test done to all lifting equipment and pressure vessel inspected by competent person.

Lifting operation

Manual handling.

Implementation of EMS and safety systems.
