I am a motivated and determined individual who is disciplined and has a desire to succeed. KEY QUALIFICATIONS

I am proficient in drafting manufacturing, Engineering building services, 2D and 3D drawings and electrical installations on inventor, Revit Mep and Autocad, shops fitting, creating mechanical engineering components, etc. in communicating and clarifying design concepts for civil engineering, town planners, urban designers and landscape architects, as well as designing other graphics for documents. Dates from 05 February 2013 to January 15 2015 .

Time Period – (2 years 2 months )

I travelled to Sierra Leone working on big a project which was worthy 1 Billion dollars( Secula mining upgrade) hence hosted by Transnet.

The company impacts on mining, chemical Engineering, Fibres, Network Routes surveys, mechanical Engineering and Structural/Civil Engineering projects.

I was communicating with clients, responsible for all the Hvac tenders, Status Que drawings thus proving the site, floor plans, bills of quantities lists, generating bills of materials for the clients and materials used,creating the walk throughs in 3D view, providing rendered quality systems using Revit Architecture and Revit Mep, creating reports and quotations for the clients, creating the Mechanical Engineering components, inventing and calculating the Fabrication drawings for manufacturing engineers and Mining drawings,tweaking,Assembling 3d and 2d parts, creating parts lists for the Engineering drawings using Inventor Eng. Design,creating the 3D parametric drawings, 3d Cad drawings for the Gas Piping drawings, visiting on the site. I was working with the constructors, Architects, foreman and the Senior Engineers. I was helping the team production were needed, creating the 2D sketches and 3D sketches, surveying,staking the land, providing with healthy and safety precautions,detailing structures( concrete Patens, Beams, reinforcement), designing bridges, drafting structural plates and providing with the estimation and costing for the mechanical, and steel equipment and many other duties.

I was working on projects which complied of slabs the most as well as designing the structural steel and Architectural drawings was costing a lot of amounts.

I was using the Auto Cad software creating the architectural drawings (interior designs),proving the site planning, designing under the senior engineer calculations and elevations floor plans,writing quotations for the clients, creating the slab drawings and designs, detailing the civil drainages and structural Slabs bases, reinforcement, concrete and beams,creating spread sheet using Microsoft excel, word, doing basics of admin work.

Deltabec

I was creating and designing hvac mechanical building drawings, space planning, Electrical refurbishment drawings, creating parts lists, designing Civil Engineering drawings route planning,structural and electrical,mechanical designs and other engineering drawings using Revit and Autocad, Xref, Google earth,visiting site. I was detailing the drawings, designing new component such as roads,bridges, new designs of bus shelters which made of aluminium glasses and steel, 3d rendering, 3d modelling and many more engineering designs .

(JW) Johannesburg Water project

Designer – I was responsible for converting the Tender drawings,responsible all the As Built Drawings in the Document Control department,Urban planning department and Architectural Department hence planning the drawings, including the final layout of the new townships in locating routes on Google maps, Visio, drafting sewer, drainages, different pipe lines. Planning the routes of pipe line network layout and construction details under the client’s proposal and many other duties.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Randburg Depot project

Designer/drafting – I was responsible for all the construction drawings hence involved in designing and draughting concept for construction interior designs layouts, and for detail drawings for the upgrading of public spaces in Randburg depot.

Thabizimbi Project

I was responsible for all the As built drawings on Thabizimbi plan layouts, designs including the final layout of the project for the council approval.

Dube Trade zone,Dube city and the agrizone project

I was responsible for the Tender and construction designing the new bus shelters made up of aluminium glass and structural steel hence with automatic lights and the structural base levels, drafting the phases of the Dube City and many other duties.

CSIR Project One of the leading scientific and technology research, development and implementation organisations in Africa

Designer –I was responsible for all the Tender drawings of CSIR offices lab layout. I also involved in all other phases assisting in generating concept design for submission to clients.
