Acts as the ScrumMaster for the eRA Agile Pilot Projects – Pay Plan and Portfolio Management Module, which involves running all daily Scrums/Valet Sessions, organizing and running bi-weekly End of Sprint Ceremonies (Review, Retrospective, Planning), directing the development of project Agile policies and the tracking/monitoring of sprint progress.
Provides JIRA (ticket tracking application) system administration for the Pay Plan and Portfolio Management Module Agile projects which includes (but is not limited to) workflow design, user management, metrics tracking/presentation and troubleshooting.
Provides system administration and web design support for the eRA Processing on Demand (POD) internal web site.
Designed and presented to management the SDLC to Agile transition analysis, the eRA Telework Job Aid, Project Workbook briefings for PMO, as well as creating custom timelines, release schedules and detailed ticket release reports for the Grants Management Development and Testing teams.
