Acts as the project manager for all software development efforts of the Grants Management team, the GM Workbook Redesign Project and the SBIR/STTR Reauthorization Project, which includes (but is not limited to) Preliminary Design Review management of CQ ticket disposition, tracking module release status, cost projections, timesheet approval, regular reporting of action items and target release timelines.

Acts as the ScrumMaster for the eRA Agile Pilot Projects – Pay Plan and Portfolio Management Module, which involves running all daily Scrums/Valet Sessions, organizing and running bi-weekly End of Sprint Ceremonies (Review, Retrospective, Planning), directing the development of project Agile policies and the tracking/monitoring of sprint progress.

Provides JIRA (ticket tracking application) system administration for the Pay Plan and Portfolio Management Module Agile projects which includes (but is not limited to) workflow design, user management, metrics tracking/presentation and troubleshooting.

Provides system administration and web design support for the eRA Processing on Demand (POD) internal web site.
