Inventory Coordinator, Programs Department

Main duties include data entry of items into our database, ensuring proper billing information is contained on the item, inputting decoration data and pricing, ordering to stay within acceptable inventory levels, and ensuring each order is billed properly. Ran and manipulated various reports in Excel to present to clients, showing usage, buying and ordering history, as well as projected needs in weekly, quarterly and annual increments. Maintained professional and continuous e-mail and phone contact with a variety of vendors, Account Executives and clients.

Responsible for inventory for 20+ programs, with various ordering guidelines and specifications.

Basic merchandising skills were expanded using online databases to research best price and quality items for our clients’ needs. Client presentations prepared and given to the Program Coordinators to present to clients.

Worked 12 hour shifts, 11 PM to 11 AM on Friday and Saturday night, and 8 hour shifts 11 PM to 7 AM Sunday and Monday nights.
