Operate a White Light Scanner using ATOS software for inspection of prototype parts, production run parts, CNC run parts, die sections, test parts and more. Perform scans for various fields to provide variable data, section cuts and reverse engineering. Perform scans for laser operation buyoff and reporting of data to customers for parts made at P&C. Also operated a Faro Arm using CAM2x measuring software for inspection of said parts above. Responsible for all record keeping of inspections performed and maintaining CAD files. Currently operating and programming a Romer arm using PCDMIS Portable Software for part inspection of P&C builds for approval and reporting to customers. Also using Checkmate software for programming the CMM, using Checkmate for fit & analysis and part analysis and reporting to customers. Also using Checkmate for approval of parts off of one of our two 5-axis lasers.
