Event Planner/Personal Assistant to the Promoter

Plan all aspects of the three-day expo, including venue booking, event, stage and expo builds and schedules

Manage relationships with all exhibitors and ensure all aspects of expo build are met and adhered to by builder and logistics company

Coordinate schedule, appearances and transfers of Mr Schwarzenegger during the entire event

Plan and execute all events involving Mr Schwarzenegger’s attendance
