Developed strategic planning and facilitated company expansion and growth from 4 employees in one state to 300 employees in 10 states, while implementing policies and procedures for all personnel in-line with the company’s vision and goals.
Implementation of Six Sigma, as a cost reduction project for operational excellence, reducing direct labor by 65% over a 10 state region, while simultaneously streamlining organizational structure, efficiency and throughput, thereby significantly improving profit margin
