Project: Project aimed at enhancing the existing claims processing system for the company which could be able to process the claims received through different routes such as manual submissions as well as online submissions. The system also involved to capture and validate the data using OCR technology and minimize human intervention.

Responsibilities:

Played a pivotal role in facilitating JAD sessions to develop detailed solutions and to verify the system development process.
