I am currently seeking employment that is stable, challenging and educational.

Summary of experience

Organized and recruited volunteers secured donations and planned fund-raising events to pay for construction of playground for local schoolyard.

Served on board of PTO for several years which called for many different tasks including drafting school wide letters, creating designs for posters as well as various PowerPoint presentations and assigning volunteers to many of our school wide functions.

Supervised three employees in the records retrieval department.

Helped the marketing director at both court reporting firms by, bringing in new clients. This consisted of meeting with them and explaining the different services provided by each company.

Took calls for the scheduling department. This position was important because it provided each court reporter their schedule for the week and also set the calendar each month for the use of the company conference room.

Drafted letters to various clients for the president of our company.

Prepared invoices to be sent to clients.

Instructional skills

Responsible for training new employees on the system used to create forms as well as retain not only client information but case information.

As a parent volunteer I tutored children with mathematical and reading difficulties. I was also given the task of helping the special needs children with their work and that was a true blessing.
