Lead plan to restore project including acceptance from all stakeholders and daily Program/Project Management resulting in a successful deployment.

Sands China Ltd – Interactive Gaming (2014)

Product Owner/Innovation Process Agile+Scrum – Selected to restore a failed project to deliver an interactive experience to table game customers. Identified and addressed the misalignment of the product design and requirements with the stated objectives, overuse of proprietary technologies and program faults. Provided Executive-level leadership of the design and program resulting in the successful completion of the solution.

Las Vegas Sands – Global P2P (2015)

Program Sponsor/Waterfall – Daily oversight, management and communications of a critical global P2P solution (Ariba) shared across three legal entities in Macau, Singapore and US. Functional requirements included extensive identification of best practices to be optimized and consolidated across the enterprise. Technical efforts included custom middle-ware to address architectural limitations with Ariba to support multiple business units.

PREMERA – Consumer Mobile Applications (2011-2013)

Program Management/Agile+Scrum – Lead a complex program to create consumer mobile applications for native iOS, Android and Microsoft Phone platforms. Lead an iterative process resulting in the rapid release of applications to marketplaces with incremental functional enhancements. The apps continue to be successful and available for Premera & Lifewise. Awarded Best Insurance Mobile Application by the Web Marketing Association.

Amazon.com – Y2K Asset Identification and Remediation (1999)

Program Management – Keane 6 Principles “Waterfall” – Lead an extensive asset discovery, identification and remediation effort that resulted in a dramatic improvement in the identification and documentation of IT assets in addition to no outages or business impact as a result of Y2K.

FreeI.Net – ERP & HCM (2000)

Program Management – Waterfall – Lead the successful implementation of PeopleSoft Financials (GL, AP, AR, PO, BI), HCM (HR, Base Benefits). Program was delivered via an “Application Service Provider” (similar to “SaaS”).

Russell – Compliant Content Management (2012-2013)

Program Mangement/Agile+Scrum – Lead a Custom Application Development effort that addressed regulatory compliance, automated approvals and auditability of customer facing documentation and presentation content. The solution provided a customized GUI that enabled the users to quickly configure approved assets into customized presentations that met all internal and external compliance standards.
