Director of Human Resources, Labor Relations, and Internal Communications

Lead EHS, HR, Labor, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Training, Payroll and Compliance for 5 Fincantieri Facilities totaling 2,200+ employees and 1,000+ subcontractors.

Lead Due Diligence efforts for HR, EHS and Payroll as the Parent Company transitioned from privately held to public.

Managed three Department of Labor audits in 2013 and one in 2015 saving the organization more than $750,000.

Lead a reduction of 8% of workforce in 2015.
