Air Force Little Rock AFB, AR Various positions held 12/2010-present Worked as high-performing operations-management executive with expertise in building/optimizing organizational process, measurement systems, and infrastructure to maximize business results in plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations operations worldwide, including deployment of computer system networks, troubleshooting, and data recovery. With skilled directed at tactical reviewing of business work models that ensure validation criteria’s are met and workable solution are implemented to identify root causes problems. Focusing on operational improvement, validation, cost saving by improving process performance of $8.8 Million building structure, troubleshooting network issues, time & team management, team productive, and improving development process.

Duties included (but are not limited to):

• Facility Manager – remodeled program to $8.8 million dollar structure resulting facility practice for 2015 quality insurance inspection.

• Sexual Assault Prevention Facilitator – Trained unit awareness of the sigma and precaution associated with assault victims on awareness.

Air Force Little Rock AFB, AR Maintenance Technician Supervisor 12/2010-07/2014 Worked as shift supervision for organization level maintenance on assigned C-130J aircraft valued at $679 million. Leading and preforming scheduled/unscheduled flight maintenance to include servicing, towing, launch and recovery. Supervising major and minor inspections with acceptance authority over operations. Fixing over 200 problems in a year with zero negative discrepancies found by Quality Assurance inspectors.

Duties included (but are not limited to):

• First line supervisor – trained new personnel on concepts, procedures, and safe practices in high hazardous areas.

• Compile weekly reports for performance tracking for daily briefings and weekly statuses updates.

Geeks on Site Little Rock Region, AR Mobile Computer Repair Consultant 07/2012-12/2012 Work as mobile computer system technician as subject matter expert, repairing Window, Linix, and Apple based platforms for local business; to include networking issues and personal computer training. As a mobile technician dedicated to providing premium quality computer repair and support services to homes and businesses covering the Little Rock, Arkansas area. Responsible for troubleshooting/repair of home computers, training business of computer software, networking systems, and installing all configurations. Air Force Little Rock AFB, AR Corrosion Control Team Supervisor 4/2012-10/2013 Worked as corrosion supervisor, supervising the design, operation, maintenance and processing of personnel for corrosion control facilities. Analyzes cathodic protection and coating systems and develops specific improvement projects for implementation on clean on C-130 aircrafts. Works closely with Control management department to provide updates to material specifications, construction and operating standards relating to corrosion control procedures. Collaborates with field operations and others to ensure corrosion control programs, testing and repairs are completed in compliance with both State and Federal Codes. Reconstructed program by creating effect tracking database, policies, procedures, training guidelines, and best practices. The system and publication generated was adapted by other units that established structure within the program reducing process from 48 to 12 hours’ time frame that ensured assists were returned to service quickly. Scheduling and directing personnel crew of Maintenance Technicians involved in C-17 aircraft specialties; training and providing work direction and guidance while performing work in more than one skilled trade. Performing a variety of skills working in the maintenance and repair of District facilities and equipment; prioritize, schedule, assign and coordinate the work of assigned staff to accomplish a wide variety of duties related to the building trades. Responsible for training over 100 personnel on C-17 aircraft. As subject matter expert aggressively managed work center requirements. Developed training database to tack individual learning progression and reported to upper management results. Trained over 200 people with more than 20 class on critical lifesaving procedures as CPR and SABC instructor. Designed network configuration for small 30 computer network setup. In addition to establishing network configuration, responsible for systemic design of programming files to include Batch file, VB Script, database tracking of updates.
