General Manager of Harms Charters, LLC, a luxury for-hire motorcoach transportation company. Responsible for sales,

Co-Founder of Vantage Point Solutions, Inc. (VPS), a telecommunications and engineering firm. Started VPS in July 2002 with

6 co-founders and successfully grew Company to 150 team members, 260 clients, and $25M in Annual Revenues.

Developed VPS Engineering team with core competencies for telecommunications electronics engineering (Switching, Access,
