Fremont Compensation Insurance Group, Glendale, CA Hired to oversee the desktop support and infrastructure as part of rebuilding the previously outsourced IT department. During my tenure, the company expanded from a California only company to one of the largest national workers’ compensation companies consisting of 47 offices and 2,600+ employees.

• Supported the company growth by evaluating, maintaining, and supporting the companywide implementation of Microsoft Windows servers and desktops

• Defined and maintained the corporate desktop standard for the entire organization, directly supporting six local and remote locations and indirectly supporting forty-one regional offices utilizing Microsoft operating systems and tools.

• Reduced support time from days/hours to minutes by developing a knowledge base used by the regional desktop support teams, consisting of company standard application’s installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Hired all desktop support analysts and participated in the interview process and final decision for hiring the desktop support analysts of the regional offices.
