Maintenance Superintend – JBS Foods Cactus, TX 2015 -Present

• Managed, planned and scheduled the operations of the maintenance department;

• Ensured 24/7 availability for routine, preventative and emergency maintenance;

• Sourced contractors, analyzed quotes and blue prints;

• Created and finalized plans for efficient equipment lay-out;

• Held daily safety huddles with mechanics and contractors – not all departments were finished and we had an abundance of contractors on site;
