- Conducted studies and prepares technical reports regarding the materials, skills and manufacturing processes requisite to the production of critical weapons systems. Analyzed the components of various systems and constructs systematic analyses of the manufacturing technology and production management systems and contributors employed in their manufacture. Recent technical reports included renewable energy technologies for portable and building applications. Participated in a major should-cost review for a large US Air Force program.

- Established the relative degree to which the component manufacturing resources and processes are existent in other commercial processes both nationally and internationally. - As the Engineering Team Leader for the Chinook Helicopter (H-47) program, I was the lead technical authority and advisor for all engineering and manufacturing matters relating to the design, building and overhauling H-47 helicopters
