These are just some of the many duties assigned to me. Accomplishments
Prior to my work as an Estimator/V.P. of Contracts there was no accurate, searchable record for bid history/ LTA. I created an efficient system for tracking all original bid documents (paper copies) and locating them when needed, as well as a digital record. Paper records were kept to ensure accuracy and eliminate errors to due to typos.
During my time as a Sales Representative (and customer service), sales were increased by 130%. I maintained a great professional relationship with all of our customers and even saved us from permanently losing business from a very large and important customer.
I also maintained an excellent, easy-going, friendly relationship with all of our Suppliers and Outside Processors. I was able to reduce costs by getting our commonly purchased good at a hefty discount with the agreement to a strict LTA (strict in our favor). The 3 suppliers that these LTAs were with generally either do not commit to LTAs or would not normally agree to the conditions I proposed. Not to mention, prior to my employment, Quality Stamping never had an LTA with ANY of their suppliers. I was also able to reduce costs with my extensive knowledge of Military and Commercial Aerospace material, parts and process approved substitutions.
