Reporting to the VP and SMP human resources responsible for supporting the sr. management group of 400 employees on a shared services platform.
Provided human resources support and coaching on policies and procedures on a wide range of HR initiatives including but not limited to Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation Reviews, International Assignment and HR Administration. Provided change management and project management support to initiatives unique to the business that were less complex.
Partnered with AVP HRBP and the business to ensure full support throughout the lifecycle with regards to recruitment, onboarding, retention, training, development and succession planning.
