Corporate Human Resources Advisor, Executive Support (Maternity Leave contract)

Reporting to the VP and SMP human resources responsible for supporting the sr. management group of 400 employees on a shared services platform.

Provided human resources support and coaching on policies and procedures on a wide range of HR initiatives including but not limited to Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation Reviews, International Assignment and HR Administration. Maintained a healthy professional working relationship with the Union at all times.

Worked with and supported, Labour relations and management on progressive discipline, Disability (STD, LTD) on return-to-work cases, grievances and ongoing operational guidance, support and coaching.
