To assist customers with renting storage units. Answer all questions and concerns about their rent or any other concerns. Make sure customers commit to the agreement on their lease. Take and process all payments. Make courtesy calls to remind customers of there bills to avoid auctions. Make sure the building is kept clean and all 1,088 units are properly secure.

Accomplishments

I helped many customers with renting storage, downsizing units or vacating units. I have been able to help customers when they where financially unstable and get them on the right track with paying the bills and not loosing there items in a public auction. I have helped customers solve issues especially with first time storage rentals and moving around.

Unload trailers, scan product to push to the sales floor for replenish. Locate items for guest. Replenish sales floor so product can be sold next day. Onload and offload freight elevators. Use hand jacks and power jacks when needed to move cartons. Assist in Backroom locations. Help customers with any questions or concerns when looking for an item.
