Title: STUDY OF BLOCK CUTTING & POLISHING ON GRANITES

Description: Project is about performance of cutting and polishing the granite block. Different types of granite cutting machines and polishing machines are seen and compare which one is best of all types of machines. Finally we conclude that multi blade cutting machines gives maximum performance comparing to other machine (Multi bade cutting machine cuts number of blocks within less time as compare to other machines, because it contains no of blades, so it cuts large work)

Title: DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF STEAM TURBINE BLADE

Description: Project is about preparing and determining the best turbine blade material. In this we introducing new turbine blade material by comparing with previous material (Aluminum alloys).we introduce cast iron partially coated with zirconium. Cast iron partially coated with zirconium gives maximum resistance to fatigue stress, heat resistance, long duration and cheap cost comparing with previous material

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

•I had worked in maintenance engineer in SR ENGINEER’S PVT LD with L&T Company. On that time I seen and work in ten no of cement plants (8 months span with diploma mechanical engineer as qualification)

PRESENT EXPERIENCE:

•Now I am working in NEWTON’S INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY in Macherla from 17-06-2013 to till today

EXTRA CIRCULAR ACTIVITES:

•Participated in National Robotic Championship organized by IIT-Kharagpur during Feb. 2013 in SSN college of Engineering and Technology, Ongole.

•Won first prize in volley ball competition in our college tournament in March 2011.

•Won second prize in cricket tournament in our college during March 2013.

INPLANT VISIT:

•Have visited NELCAST Industry in Oct 2012 in Guduru to know how the manufacturing of motors is performed.
