Job Responsibilities

Budget Management

Strategic Budget Planning for the account. Responsible for Preparing Monthly Projections, Actual Vs Projections, Variance reports with justifications. Profits and Loss Analysis, Margin analysis, Cost & Expense calculation.

Resource Management

Job Responsibilities

Resourcing, Budget and Forcasting

Manpower forecasting, Manpower Forecast vs Actuals, Resource movement tracking, Role mapping, Tracking Resources movements between Offshore to onshore and vice versa. Resource supply & demand reporting. Manage and co-ordinate resource requirement for Barclays account with the central resourcing/recruitment team.
