Production Supervisor - Safely manage colleagues to produce finished product to customer specifications

Main Responsibilities:

Safety: Conduct daily huddle/toolbox meetings, train colleagues on safety topics: LOTO, PPE. Conduct weekly job cycle checks, participate in volunteer Values Based Safety program.

Production/Quality Control: Supervise the production of a quality and safe product that is in customer specifications at peak efficiency and minimal waste utilizing GMP’s, HAACP and OSHA systems.

Plant and Product Safety: Implemented all company safety, GMP and OSHA standards.

Quality Assurance: Maintained plant to pass NY State and FDA annual inspections.

Repairs and Maintenance: Implemented a preventative maintenance system to minimize down time.
