Telephone Operator / Supervisor Assistant

09/2000 - 03/2015 Bellsouth Telecommunications Llc 840 POYDRAS, New Orleans, LA I was a 411 telephone operator and a 0 operator. Anserwing with a very professional and friendly attitude. Customers would call in and ask for phone numbers, addresses, and also ask for a number to be dialed for them. I would provide all of these services. I also did supervisory Incharge work. I would run reports everyday for the whole entire office, making sure we have met our goals for the day. I would make sure schedules are correct and print them for the week, and also make sure all of my operators would log in and out on time. I Make sure they taking calls where they need to be at a certain time. Incharge work I worked on a computer as well with others in different regions, as of different states to make sure I am running my office with enough operators on the board taking calls.
