- Submit bid document to school construction authority (SCA)

- Submit all RFIs if needed before bid date.

- Prepare all proposals from the different sub-contractors and negotiate contracts.

- Prepare As - Built (CAD) drawings, shop drawings and submittals.

- Correspond with sub-contractors, Architect and Engineer.
